Caledonia Corvairs OHA Jr. B Sutherland Cup Champions
The Caledonia Corvairs are 2014 Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) and Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League (GOJHL) Jr. B Sutherand Cup Champions after a 3-1 win in game seven against the St. Catharines Falcons.
The Falcons's scored first on a penalty shot but the Corvairs managed to tie the game during the second period and finally get the go ahead goal late in the third period, then adding and empty net in the final minute of play.
The GOJHL Regular Season Champions managed to claim the award in the first game 7 in the last 11 years of the Sutherland Cup. This is the first Junior B Championship for the town of Caledonia however the second 2nd in the past 5 seasons for the ownership group that moved from Brantford.
