The Stouffville Spirit used a sparkling performance by Daniel Mannella to take down the Lindsay Muskies, as the netminder did not allow a goal in Stouffville's 2-0 shutout victory.

The Spirit were led by Michael Morgan, who tallied one goal. Morgan scored short handed 6:49 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Stouffville. A charging call on Kyler Challis put Stouffville on the penalty kill.

The Spirit excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances.

Andres Kopstals also scored for Stouffville. In addition, Stouffville received assists from Michael Carcone and Graham Pickard, who contributed one a piece.
