Wellington blows out Newmarket, 4-1
The Wellington Dukes had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-1 win over the Newmarket Hurricanes.
Newmarket was stymied by Wellington netminder Tyson Teichmann, who stopped 39 shots during the victory. Teichmann certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.36 entering the contest.
