The Oakville, Ontario native joined the Chargers out of the Mississauga Reps Midget 'AAA' program, beginning as a 16-year old affiliate, playing six games, in 2010-11. He has spent the past three seasons with the Chargers as part of the core group that has helped bring back respectability to the club, ultimately earning their first playoff berth in seven years this past season. As a 17-year old rookie in 2011-12, Tetley finished tied for second on the Chargers d-corps with 12 points in 44 games played, while also providing a physical presence that saw him record 89 penalty minutes. He followed that up in 2012-13 with near identical statistics and entering 2013-14, was named one of the club's leaders for his role. Tetley would post career-high's this past season, not only leading the club's blueliners, but also finishing fifth overall in scoring with 25 points in 48 games played and posting another four points in four post-season contests.
Congratulations to Nick on the commitment and best of luck in all his future hockey endeavours!
