Pickering Panthers forward Robert Cammalleri (photo credit - Brian Watts/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Curry College Colonels beginning with the 2014-15 ECAC Northeast season.

The Richmond Hill, Ontario native joined the OJHL (then OJAHL) as a 17-year old member of the Streetsville Derbys in 2010-11, recording 12 points in 43 regular season games played.  With the Derbys ceasing operations following the season, Cammalleri was on the move to the nearby Brampton Capitals where he would help lead their offence, finishing third on the club in scoring with 10 goals and 28 points in 43 games played.  As fate would have it, the Capitals would be contracted following the 2011-12 season, so it was on to team three in three years, joining the Toronto Jr. Canadiens prior to the 2012-13 OJHL season.  Although playing a slightly lesser role, producing 20 points on the season, Cammalleri would get his first taste of post-season action, tying for the team lead with three goals in their six game loss to St. Michael's.

Entering this past season, Cammalleri joined his fourth OJHL club, helping the Pickering Panthers rejoin the playoff picture with one of their more successful seasons in recent memory.  The veteran finished with career-high's including 18 goals, third best on the club, and 39 points in 49 regular season contests.  Cammalleri would close out his junior career, notching two points in a five game series loss to the OJHL regular season champion Kingston Voyageurs.

Congratulations to Robert on the commitment and best of luck in the NCAA.
