OJHLers RECEIVE OHA AWARDS

Seven OJHL players and one coach received their 2013-14 OHA Awards recently at the award ceremony that was held at the prestigious Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
The list included many of the OJHL's year-end award winners, as well as CJHL Top Prospect and co-Rookie of the Year Jake Walman, who is expected to be selected in the upcoming 2014 NHL Draft.
OJHL Award Winners include:
- Taylor Best, Whitby Fury - Junior 'A' Player of the Year
- Jake Walman, Toronto Jr. Canadiens - B.J. Monro Memorial Award, Top ranked prospect for NHL Draft
- James Richmond, Aurora Tigers - Coach of the Year
- Ben Blacker, Milton Icehawks - Top Prospect Team, Goaltender
- TJ Fergus, Milton Icehawks - Top Prospect Team, Defenceman
- Michael Prapavessis, Toronto Lakeshore Patriots - Top Prospect Team, Defenceman
- Jake Evans, St. Michael's Buzzers - Top Prospect Team, Forward
- Jacob Hayhurst, Toronto Lakeshore Patriots - Top Prospect Team, Forward
