Georgetown Raiders forward Ryan Smith (photo credit - Kevin Sousa/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Castleton State College Spartans beginning with the 2014-15 ECAC East Conference season.

The Mississauga, Ontario native joined the Raiders last season as a 20-year old after previously having played a few games with the Brampton Bombers Junior 'B' club in 2012-13.  Smith would finish sixth in scoring on the Raiders, finishing the regular season schedule with 10 goals and 38  points in 53 games played.  During the post-season, he would be one of the club's leaders in a run to the South-West Conference Championship Series, finishing second on the team with seven goals and fourth in scoring with 13 points in 13 games before falling to the eventual league champion Toronto Lakeshore Patriots.
