COURT COMMITS TO HAMILTON
Georgetown Raiders alternate captain Richard Court (photo credit - Tim Bates/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Hamilton College Continentals, beginning with the 2015-16 NESCAC season.
The Burlington, Ontario native joined the Raiders in 2012-13 after spending the previous year playing for Appleby College where he attended school. During each of his three seasons with the club, Court has not only increased his leadership among the group’s corps, but he has also improved his offensive output as well and is poised to set career-highs in goals, assists and points this season on the talented squad.
Also extremely proficient off the ice, Court was not only named the OJHL’s Scholastic Player-of-the-Year in 2013-14, but was also named the recipient of the CJHL’s RBC Junior ‘A’ Scholarship, taking home $5,000 for his future schooling.
Congratulations to Richard on the commitment and best of luck as he closes out his junior career!
