Toronto Jr. Canadiens falls to Toronto Patriots in overtime, 3-2 (OT)

The Toronto Patriots Patriots' Quinn Syrydiuk scored 2:03 into overtime to beat the Toronto Jr. Canadiens Junior Canadiens, 3-2 (OT).
With the win, Toronto Patriots evened the series at 2-2 in the best of seven showdown.
Syrydiuk was all over the ice for the Patriots, as he racked up two goals in the win.
Jacob Hayhurst also scored for Toronto Patriots. In addition, Toronto Patriots received assists from Mitch Emerson, Marcus Rose, Nathan Feric, Nicholas Ursitti, and Jeremy Pullara, who each chipped in one.
Toronto Jr. Canadiens put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Toronto Patriots to score on any of its five power plays.
The Junior Canadiens were led by Anthony Repaci, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Repaci scored 11:27 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Toronto Jr. Canadiens. Justin Maiolino picked up the assist. Toronto Jr. Canadiens also got a goal from Matthew Ferrari as well. More assists for Toronto Jr. Canadiens came via Nicholas Jarzabek, who had one.
Mathew Robson rejected 26 shots on goal for the Patriots. Toronto Patriots incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Nathan Colitto recorded 22 saves for Toronto Jr. Canadiens. The Junior Canadiens incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
