MAXWELL NAMED ICEHAWKS GM
The Milton Icehawks are proud to announce the signing of the teams new General Manager and Assistant Coach for the upcoming 2015-16 season, Mr. Dennis Maxwell of Hamilton, Ontario. Dennis will also be in charge of scouting, recruiting and player development.
Dennis brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the Milton Icehawks. As recent as 2005-06 he was a player and head coach for the London Racers and Sheffield Steelers of the EIHL league in Europe.
Dennis is a veteran of the OHL having played 4 years for various teams and 15 years of professional hockey, having played in the AHL, ECHL, COHL, IHL and Europe. Currently Dennis is a fulltime scout with the NHL’s New York Islanders and a technical director for the Hamilton Huskies. Dennis also runs and operates Maxwell Hockey, training many NHL, AHL, OHL and NCAA players.
