EUSTACE COMMITS TO WENTWORTH
Georgetown Raiders defenceman Eric Eustace (photo credit - Amy Deroche/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Wentworth Institute of Technology Leopards beginning with the 2014-15 ECAC Northeast Conference season.
After playing two seasons of Junior 'B' hockey in the GOJHL with Stoney Creek and Ancaster, the Oakville, Ontario native made the jump to the OJHL as a member of the Georgetown Raiders this past season, and would not disappoint. The 20-year old led the club's d-corps in scoring with 31 points in 52 regular season games played, also top 15 in the league among all rearguards, while helping the Raiders clinch the South-West Conference regular season title. As well, four of Eustace's eight goals were game-winners along the way, which tied for the league lead among defenceman. His junior career came to close following a first round seven game series victory over Buffalo, before falling to Toronto in the Conference semi-finals.
Congratulations to Eric on the commitment and best of luck at the next level!
