Aurora Tigers forward Nicholas Erb (photo credit - Brian Watts/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons beginning with the 2015-16 NCHA season.

Already well-travelled in his young career, the 20-year old native of London, Ontario has played on four different junior teams over the past four  years, finishing his career this past season with the Tigers.  A product of the London Jr. Knights 'AAA' organization, Erb was a member of the Ontario and Central Region Midget Championship squad that made a trip to the Telus Cup, National Midget Championship in 2010-11.  Initially he made the jump to the GOJHL, playing Junior 'A' with the Lambton Shores Predators, before moving east to the CCHL with the Carleton Place Canadians and then further east to the MHL with the Swan Valley Stampeders.

This past season, Erb made his final Junior 'A' stop in Aurora an eventful one, notching 23 goals and 43 points in 53 games played to finish seventh on the club in scoring and help them capture the OJHL regular season title for the first time since 2007.  With a knack for timely goal scoring, Erb tied for the team lead with seven game-winning goals, tied for second among all OJHL players.  Although they were disappointed with a second round, game seven, playoff loss to Kingston, Erb acquitted himself well by recording 7 points in their 12 post-season contests.

Congratulations to Nicholas and best of luck in the NCAA!
