ZABANEH COMMITS TO MICHIGAN
Nick Zabaneh of the St. Michael’s Buzzers (photo credit - Ed McPherson/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the University of Michigan Wolverines beginning with the 2019-20 season.
The native of Toronto joined his hometown Buzzers this season after a 34-point campaign with the Toronto Marlboros minor midgets in the GTHL. He was a fifth round pick of the Saginaw Spirit in the 2017 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection.
Zabaneh has 11 goals and 13 assists in 34 games this season at St. Mike’s.
