GEORGETOWN'S DYBOWSKI COMMITS TO LAURIER
Defenceman Zack Dybowski of the Georgetown Raiders (photo credit – Tim Bates/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Laurier Golden Hawks of U Sports beginning with the 2018-19 season.
Other OJHL players who have committed to Laurier for next season include Graeme MacLean and Tyler Fassl of the Toronto Patriots, James Thomson (Aurora) and Mac Lewis (Trenton).
Dybowski, a native of Mississauga played four seasons in Georgetown, netting 87 points (25G/62A) in 174 games.
Georgetown, the 2017-18 South West Conference champions, lost to Wellington in the OJHL championship series.
The 21-year-old played seven games for the Oakville Blades of the OJHL the year before he joined the Raiders.
He played minor midget for the AAA Oakville Rangers.
