Trenton Golden Hawks forward Greg Trichilo (photo credit - Amy Deroche/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Wilfrid Laurier University Golden Hawks program beginning with the 2013-14 OUA season.

Hailing from the Northern Ontario outpost of Schreiber, Ontario, Greg Trichilo joined the OJHL from the OHL's Sudbury Wolves during the 2010-11 season, registering 10 points in 16 games played for the Kingston Voyageurs.  The 6'1", 200 lbs. power forward would spend the next season and a half in Kingston, finishing second on the club with 19 goals and third with 46 points last year, as well as another nine points during the club's remarkable playoff run to the Division Final.  Trichilo would be traded to the Golden Hawks after only 11 games this season and has been counted on by the club in all situations, currently sitting sixth on the club in scoring with 13 goals and 34 points.
