OJHL ALUMNI COMPETE FOR UNIVERSITY CUP
Nine OJHL graduates will be competing for the CIS University Cup on Sunday as the University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds face-off against the St. Mary's University Huskies.
The two Atlantic University Sport (AUS) schools will play the championship game at the Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan at 7pm eastern.
The AUS runner-up St. Mary's University Huskies feature five former OJHL players on their roster, including:
- Chris Perugini - Markham Waxers, 2011/12
- Josh Domingues - Pickering Panthers/Stouffville Spirit, 2005-07
- Kyle Pereira - St. Michael's Buzzers, 2007/08
- Curtis Black - Aurora Tigers, 2009/10
- Anthony Peters - Wellington Dukes, 2006/07
Meanwhile, the AUS champion University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds feature four former OJHL players, including:
- Tim Priamo - Burlington Cougars, 2004/05
- Adrian Robertson - Mississauga Chargers, 2007/08
- Dan LaCosta - Wellington Dukes, 2001/02
- Stefan Salituro - St. Michael's Buzzers/Vaughan Vipers, 2006/07
