Coming out of the Buffalo Regals Under-18 program, Seward joined the Jr. Sabres as an 18-year old rookie 2011-12. The 6'3", 205 lbs. native of Williamsville, New York did not disapppoint in his first year of junior, recording 10 goals and 29 points in 42 regular season games. Seward played with an edge to his game, also producing 99 penalty minutes, while helping the Sabres finish in third place in the West Division standings.
This past season, the power forward was one of the keys to the Jr. Sabres potent offensive attack, leading the club to their first-ever Conference title, finishing first in the South-West during the regular season. Seward finished eighth in scoring on Buffalo with 13 goals and 36 points in 50 games played.
Congratulations to David and best of luck as he continues his hockey career!
