QUESNELE COMMITS TO LAKEHEAD
Kingston Voyageurs forward David Quesnele (photo credit - Shawn Muir/OJHL Images) has confirmed his commitment to join the Lakehead University Thunderwolves beginning with the 2013-14 OUA season.
The veteran native of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario joined the Vees this past season after spending the previous four years in the OHL as a member of the Peterborough Petes and Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds. Quesnele was one of the leaders for Kingston, finishing fourth on the club in scoring with 11 goals and 37 points in 43 regular season games played. He was even better in the post-season, registering 14 points on the club's remarkable run to game seven overtime of the North-East Conference Final versus the Newmarket Hurricanes.
