Please be advised the 2013 Team Canada East Final Selection Camp is taking place this week at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex in Oakville, Ontario from October 28-November 1.

Twenty-seven OJHL players have been selected to attend camp in hopes of wearing a Team Canada jersey at the 2013 World Junior ‘A’ Challenge that will be held in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia from November 4-10. 

The OJHL is led by returning forward Jake Evans (pictured, photo credit: Shawn Muir/OJHL Images) of the St. Michael’s Buzzers, who is Canada East’s top-ranked prospect by NHL Central Scouting for the 2014 NHL Draft.  From a team perspective, the Toronto Jr. Canadiens and Whitby Fury lead the way, with four players from each club attending camp.  The North York Rangers and St. Michael’s Buzzers each have three players at camp.
