Although the email that follows is rather lengthy there is some important information for you and your family concerning your upcoming experience.

Schedule of Events

May 3rd - Team Practice and Opening Ceremonies

- most teams are practicing on Thursday, May 3rd.  The practice schedule is attached.

- if you ARE practicing we would recommend you arrive in town on Wednesday, May 2nd.  Practices being as early as 7am!

- Teams NOT practicing are as follows; BC Bears 04 , Pro4 Panthers (all teams), Coastal BC 02, 01, 00, Southern Alberta 98, 99.

- Opening Ceremonies are scheduled at 7pm.  Players should arrive at 5:30pm.  Doors will open at 5:30pm.  OneHockey is well known for putting on spectacular opening ceremonies. (mandatory to all players),  All teams will be introduced by the MC for the evening, Kerry Goulet of STOP CONCUSSION (http://www.stopconcussions.com) and OneHockey's own SHEFF (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2JHQjkV2EX8&feature=relmfu) !  Opening Ceremonies will take place at the Sungod Recreation Center, 7815 112 Street, Delta V4C 4V9, 604-952-3075.

 

May 4th & 5th

- Game On!  Each team will play two games each day with the top four teams advancing to the semi-finals on Sunday afternoon.

Games are scheduled at the Planet Ice Delta & Coquitlam.

May 5th

- Semi-final and Championship games will be held Sunday afternoon at Delta Planet Ice.

- Come check it out to see who will hoist the Cup!

Team Dinner

- Each team will have one scheduled team dinner.  Please click on THIS LINK to access the schedule page

Mouthguards 

Once again TAPOUT is donating a mouthguard to each player!  All players will be fitted for a mouthguard. Souvenirs

Thank you Retro Team Outfitter (http://retroteamoutfitters.com/) for doing such a nice job with our souvenir items.  They will be available in VERY LIMITED quantities starting May 3rd 5:30 PM.

Although OneHockey encourages you to stay with your new team, make some new friends and build some team spirit, if there is another sponsor hotel that you wish to stay at we will permit movement.  Also, if you have family in town you had planned on staying with that will not be a problem - just make sure you bring them with you to the rink!

Still a few openings in very few divisions

As an Elite player from ,  we need your help identifying other Elite players in your area.  We know you know them!  Talk to them!  Tell them about OneHockey!  Tell them you are going to be a part of the most entertaining hockey tournament in the world and they need to be too!
