RAH games are govern by the USA Hockey Rulebook with amendments noted in the RAH handbook. All players must be registered with USA Hockey. Register online at www.usahockey.com for $46, a printed receipt needs to be turned in at time of season registration or emailed to hockeydirector@raleighcenterice.com
