Coach Tackett is from the Detroit Metro area where he played his youth and Junior Hockey. He went to Bowling Green State University playing for the Falcons as a Defenseman. Lance was added to the coaching staff in 2012 as an assistant coach and has taken over as Head Coach for the upcoming '22-'23 season. Lance also leads the team's admissions and recruiting operations.
