Read With The Wild

This season, D.A. Davidson & Co. has teamed up with the Wenatchee Wild to bring this exciting new reading program to our local schools. We want to encourage all children to read, and in order to achieve that goal, the Wild will provide interested schools special bookmarks designed to track students reading. How does it work? Each classroom teacher is asked to distribute bookmarks to his/her students. After the teacher verifies that the student finishes reading a book at or above their AR level, the teacher then initials the bookmark in the space provided. A student can track 6 books per bookmark. Have the student bring the completed bookmark to the Wild offices located on the Second Floor of the Town Toyota Center to redeem their bookmark for a ticket to a pre-selected home game. The student can also get a new bookmark for 6 more books and a chance for another game ticket. (Limit 4 bookmarks total per season).

If every student in a classroom participates and each completes at least 1 bookmark, the classroom qualifies to win a visit with a group of Wenatchee Wild players. The players will come to your school and present an award to the class!!
