Las Vegas Aces falls to CCM Bulldogs in overtime, 6-5 (OT)

Josh Winters gave CCM Bulldogs a 6-5 (OT) victory over Las Vegas Aces when he scored 2:58 into the extra period.

CCM Bulldogs came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. CCM Bulldogs was down 5-3 after a goal by Las Vegas Aces' Tim Mullis at 6:45 in the second period. CCM Bulldogs knotted things up at 5-5 on a power play goal by Ben Barrett at 10:16 in the second period.

Brandon Barnett was all over the ice for CCM Bulldogs, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Barnett scored the first of his two goals at 37 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 CCM Bulldogs. Franie Betrgeni assisted on the tally. Barnett's next tally made the score 3-2 Las Vegas Aces with 5:43 left in the first period. Tyler Riffey picked up the assist.

Others who scored for CCM Bulldogs included KC Groan and Jake Daniels, who each put in one. More assists for CCM Bulldogs came via Joey Doran, who had one.

Las Vegas Aces additionally got points from Darren Corsatea, who also grabbed one goal and four assists to lead the team in points. In addition, Las Vegas Aces received assists from Kyle Callahun, who had one and Troy Lake, who had five.

CCM Bulldogs' Steven Boddy stopped 23 shots out of the 28 that he faced. CCM Bulldogs incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Brandon Corsatea made 15 saves for Las Vegas Aces on 21 shots. Las Vegas Aces incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
