FERRELL nets hat trick, leads PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE to 8-4 win over Las Vegas Aces

CONNOR FERRELL lifted PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE to an 8-4 victory with a hat trick against Las Vegas Aces.

FERRELL's first goal came 11:24 into the first period. He then added goals at 10:07 into the second and at 11:44 into the second.

PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE surpassed its usual scoring output this season. This season, PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE averages 4.8 goals per contest. PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE did not rack up many penalties in the contest, registering only one minor for two minutes in penalty time. PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

Las Vegas Aces also had goals scored by ANTHONY FARRELL, KYLE MILLER, and RANDY MORTENSEN, who scored one goal each. In addition, Las Vegas Aces received assists from ANDREW VAN NESS, who had one.

PAUL SLOAN recorded 12 saves for PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE. PHILADELPHIA LIBERTY BLUE registered zero goals on zero power play opportunities. COLBY ASHTON rejected 12 shots on goal for Las Vegas Aces. Las Vegas Aces avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of one power plays.
