Tigers Round Out Staff

After adding Jim Wells Jr. and Danny Giammarco to the Hockey Operations department, the Aurora Tigers are pleased to announce the addition of five new scouts for the 2019/2020 season.  Joining Aurora in a scouting capacity role are: Jeffrey Dermit, Chris Wilson, Paul Noad, Ryan Ferizovic and Hayden Stewart.

Dermit, 20, enters his first year as a Tiger's regional scout for the 2019/2020 season.  A native of Georgetown, ON, Jeff joins Aurora from ISS Hockey where he spent the 2018/2019 season focused on scouting for the GTHL and Southwest Ontario for the 2019 OHL draft as an intern.  

Wilson, a native of Grimsby, Ontario, has more than 25 years of playing & coaching experience.  Chris will serve as a regional scout and Director of Hockey Analytics for the 2019/2020 season. 

Noad, 53, is a native of Markham, On, but currently resides in London, On.  He will serve as a regional scout in Southwest Ontario & Michigan.  Paul played junior hockey in Ontario, and continued his career in the NCAA with Colorado College. 

Ferizovic, a native of Toronto, On, joins the Tigers for his first season as well.  He will be responsible for covering the GTHL and Ontario Prospect Tournaments.  Ryan brings a strong hockey experience which he has developed through his work as a GTHL Scout with TheScout.ca, working in the Washington Capitals' Hockey Operations department, and 24 years of competitive hockey. 

Stewart, 24, is a former senior and junior hockey player with a passion for sports and business.  Hayden is a graduate from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, and is currently a Master of Sports Management Research at the University of Guelph.
