The Baltimore Dodgers outdone by Miller and the Baltimore Redbirds, 8-3
DJ Miller went 2-3, helping the Baltimore Redbirds (19-6) to an 8-3 victory over the Baltimore Dodgers (10-16) on Tuesday at Calvert Hall HS.
He singled in the sixth and eighth innings.Collin Liberatore brought the heat against the Baltimore Dodgers during his outing. The Baltimore Dodgers managed just two hits off of Liberatore, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out seven during his four innings of work.
Ron Farley had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second and ninth innings.
Hunter Parsons recorded his fifth win of the year for the Baltimore Redbirds. He allowed two runs over two innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered three hits.
Alexander Ross (2-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
