Team Minnesota Takes Down Chicago Jr Blackhawks in the Final Seconds 3-2

The sixth game of the day pitted the Chicago Jr. Blackhawks against Team Minnesota. The action was fast and furious both on and off the ice. Both teams have loud traveling sections, which both teams fed off of. The first period was intense but scoreless throughout the frame until Team Minnesota’s Logan Lutner scored with less than two minutes to go. The second period had no goals but had good action, but even better crowd reactions. As both team’s crowds were trying to energize their squad. The third period had an eruption of excitement as the Chicago Jr. Blackhawks scored two goals in under a minute to put them up 2-1. The Blackhawks' first goal was from Nicholas Crededio, while their second came from Lucas Zajic. After the second Blackhawks goal, Team Minnesota started to apply the pressure. With 2:42 left in the game, Minnesota’s Lutner scored his second to tie the game at two. Then with 10 seconds left, the impossible happened as Cole Bumgarner scored a goal for Team Minnesota. Giving them the 3-2 victory, in what was the most exciting finish of the tournament so far.
