ATHENS - A goal off the stick of captain Tanner Casselman almost 12 minutes into overtime lifted the Brockville Tikis to a 3-2 win over the Athens Aeros before 300 fans at Centre 76 Tuesday.

Casselman scored off a pass from Travis Downie to give Brockville its second OT victory of the Rideau-St. Lawrence Jr. B Hockey League quarter-final playoff series. The win sent Brockville into a commanding 3-0 series lead over Athens.

Before the extra period, all the scoring was squeezed into a 4:38 span early in the second period.

Brockville's Ryan Harper started the four-goal onslaught at 2:16 and Tanner Benton of the Tikis finished the flurry with a goal at 6:54. Both were unassisted.
