Equpiment Return
Attention Coaches and Team Managers
EQUIPMENT RETURN:
If you follow the requirements below the team coach will receive a $ 100.00 cheque to be used any way you like (year end party, trophies or simply put into your pocket). The following items must be completed
1. Return Puck buckets with a minimum of 20 pucks and 6-8 pylons
2.Jerseys need to be washed, dried and folded in the bins that they were sent out with. Please include a list with the number of the jersey being returned as well as the number of the missing jersey and the reason it is missing. In order to qualify for the
$ 100.00 return equipment cheque ALL jerseys need to be accounted for.
3.Goal gear that was assigned to your team must be returned. It can not be kept for Spring Hockey or Hockey camps. The gear must be returned and then reissued.
Equipment MUST be returned to the Equipment Room Only, NOT the Minor Hockey Office to qualify for the refund. The ONLY times that the Equipment Manager will be in the Equipment Room to accept returned gear is 5 to 8 pm
Monday March 30,
Tuesday March 31 and
Wednesday April 1
Cheques will not be issued without the Equipment Manager signing off on the returned items.
