The Fall Camps are skill oriented and are intended to prepare the players for their upcoming tryouts or winter hockey seasons, so they can come out of the gate confident and ready to go!!!!! 

The camp are age specific in terms of focus and conten, but each will prepare the players as we will focus on conditioning, skating in terms of balance, agility and mobility, shooting and balance, overspeed drills, player & positional skills and skating, game specific drills that are situational from an execution and battle perspective, flow drills and small area games to work on compete & game tactics
