Wednesday Afternoon in Kamloops
As the 2015/2016 university school year draws to a close, FVC finds itself getting to the end of its first year with the CCBC. Although it's been an exhibition season, FVC has played top notch competition like TRU whom they face this afternoon.
To say that this first "probationary" season has been a success is a huge understatement. The team's record is over .500, and we've outhit the opposition in every game we've played this year. With Kyle Lotzkar as pitching coach, our pitching staff has transformed itself into a top notch college-level staff.
FVC plays this afternoon (Wed 20 Apr) in Kamloops. This Friday is a fundraiser at the Jolly Miller Pub at 6PM then Saturday FVC faces a huge test when the Langley Blaze Sr. Men team comes to town (Fairfield Diamond D) for a doubleheader Saturday Apr 23 starting at 12 noon.f
