Green Giants even out the series as we take game 2 in extra innings
The St. Clair Green Giants picked up the win in walk-off fashion for the 3rd time this season. A single by Jayden Wakeham won the game 4-3 in the bottom of the 10th against the Muskegon Clippers.
The Green Giants were led to victory by 2 local stars. Offensively, Tecumseh Native Gibson Krzeminski went 2-4 blasting 2 Home Runs and 3 RBI’s. Leamington native Aidan Massad went 5 innings in relief allowing no earned runs and picking up the win.
The Green Giants are now 5-3 on the young season and look to win the series on Thursday, June 13th against the Clippers. First pitch at 7:05pm at Lacasse Park.
