Battle of The Bay Preview
This upcoming weekend, the University of South Florida Bulls are taking on the University of Tampa Spartans in the Battle of the Bay.
The Spartans are hosting the Friday game on October 15 at 9:45 p.m. Their home ice is the Clearwater Ice Arena located at 13940 Icot Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33760. The Spartans are currently 5-1-0 overall and won their last game against the University of Miami Hurricanes 5-4.
UT has several players you will want to look out for on the ice this weekend. Their captain, Christian Kuka (#8), has scored nine points so far this season. Not far behind, Billy Cody (#9) and Stephen Buck (#12) each have eight points to their name.
The Bulls are 3-3-0 and are excited to compete after their break this past week. USF is playing UT at home on Saturday, October 16. Puck drop is at 6:30 p.m. at AdventHealth Center Ice.
