Massapequa Chiefs 7 - Farmingdale Dalers 2: Both teams came out flying, playing smart hockey, but the Chiefs opened the scoring and held a 2-0 lead at the half. The Dalers were able to keep the game at 3-1, but the Chiefs eventually opened the game up and took over. Nick Collins had four goals for the Chiefs and goaltender Andrew Groschke played excellent and made 26 saves.
Commack Cougars 8 - Smithtown Bulls 6: Ryan McKenna and Ray Hawkins combined for five goals for the Bulls who looked as though they were going to pull off the upset of the season. However, Colin Tinschert's three goals in three minutes in the second half sealed the game for the Cougars.
Half Hollow Hills 4 -Roslyn 0: Two great, smart teams who both know how to play the game, the story here was the goaltending. Roslyn goalie Matt Litvack and Half Hollow Hills goalie Justin Tisch combined for 39 saves in the game. Jeremy Winakor helped Half Hollow Hills's cause with two goals in the win.
POB / JFK 7 - Seaford / Levittown / Hicksillve 5: POB / JFK's Alex Winston started the playoffs where he left off in the regular season as he scored three straight goals in the second half. TJ Bellizzi also had two for the Hawks.
