2019 Middle School Season Preview:

Deer Park Falcons: Deer Park is enjoying their re-entrance into the league as a second year team with now teams in JV and Middle School. The Falcons Middle School team will feature players playing in JV and some newcomers. Deer Park will be a formidable team this winter.

Farmingdale Dalers Black: For the second straight season Farmingdale struggled during the regular season but turned it on in the playoffs and made the final both times. This year the Dalers should have a much better team from wire-to-wire.

Farmingdale Dalers Green: The younger of the Dalers team may need some time adjusting to Middle School, but they still have several players that played last year.

Carle Place Cyclones Jr: Carle Place is returning with much of the same team from last year. The younger Cyclones improved as the season went on last year, and it will be very interesting to see how they do this year.

Half Hollow Hills Thundercolts: A perennial contender, the Thundercolts return with a varied roster of veteran Islandwide and new players.

Plainview / Old Bethpage Hawks: Another perennial contender, the Hawks come back in 2019 with a deep team who know how to play an all-around team game.

Carle Place Cyclones: Like Deer Park the Cyclones have a majority of players already playing in JV this season. The Cyclones are last years returning Middle School champions and may be poised for a repeat.

Roslyn Bulldogs White: Roslyn was the runner-up last season and they return with a team just as good as last years. With a deep roster they are tough to compete with.

Syosset Braves White: Some of Skatesafe’s youngest house league and JR. 495er talent will be on display as they now move into Islandwide’s youngest division.

Syosset Braves Red: Syosset has a mixed group of talent, and may be a tough team to play against as the season progresses.

Roslyn Bulldogs Blue: The Roslyn pipeline stays flowing as this team also boasts twelve players. Roslyn’s younger team always does a good job of coming together throughout the season.
