Bellmore-Merrick In Tier 1 Final
Antonio DeRosa's third and final goal of the game for POB / JFK tied the game at 3 to start the second half, but the Bellmore-Merrick Bulldogs were able to dispatch the defending Tier 1 champions 7-5. Landon Butler's third goal of the game gave the Bulldogs a late lead before Alex Klonsky tied the game. However, Luke Tepfer's first of two goals to end the game proved to be the winner with 5 minutes remaining. The Bulldogs will play Plainedge Monday, the 20th at 6:00. Plainedge won all three games of the season series by a close margin of 20 goals scored to 14.
