PANTHERS SIGN PAPAGEORGIOU FROM TOROS
The Port Hope Panthers are pleased to announce today that our program has signed Cole Papageorgiou (F, '03) of the Clarington Toros U18 AAA program. In 34 games with the Toros last season, Cole posted 21 points (9G, 12A).
"Cole is a smooth-skating forward who is able to use his skating as an asset, in addition to strong puck control skills, to generate offense off the rush," said General Manager Alex Guiney. "He's been a goal scorer in both Minor Midget and Midget last season, and we believe he's going to be able to transition into our league very quickly and contribute offensively."
The Panthers return to the ice this month in anticipation of the PJHL's targetted start date of December 1st for the 2020-2021 season.
