yRochester Junior Americans rips Islanders Hockey Club, 7-2

yRochester Junior Americans had a five-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 7-2 win over Islanders Hockey Club.

yRochester Junior Americans got the win thanks to a great game by Shaun Patry, who had two goals and one assist. Patry scored the first of his two goals at 1:30 into the first period to make the score 1-0 yRochester Junior Americans. Jeremy Marginsky provided the assist. Patry's next tally made the score 4-0 yRochester Junior Americans with 18:46 left in the second period. Marginsky assisted on the tally.

yRochester Junior Americans stifled Islanders Hockey Club's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. yRochester Junior Americans forced Islanders Hockey Club goalie Jeremy Laux to work between the pipes, taking 45 shots.
