Lakehill Ball - Announcements

Lakehill Little League Winter indoor clinics will be offered for players who intend to register at Lakehill in the Minors or Majors baseball program in 2018.

Location: Songhees Wellness Centre, 1100 Admirals Road
Dates: January 21, 28, February 18, 25, March 4, 11, 2018
Time: Sundays, 2 – 3:30 PM

Note: Times may change depending on number of players and coach availability. Majors are ages 11-12, Minors are ages 8, 9, 10.  See age chart.

Pre-registration via E-mail to lakehill.baseball@gmail.com no later than January 6, 2018. Please indicate name, month/year of birth, Minors or Majors, if played in 2017 (level and park)

The registration fee is $45 per player, collected at first clinic date. Cheques made out to Lakehill Little League.

The clinics this year will be station-based, and will include instruction and drills on hitting, throwing and catching.  They are open to any players that intend to register at either the Minors or Majors baseball levels at Lakehill during the spring 2018 season. These clinics should be fun for the kids and are a great way to get arms back in shape or for new players to learn some key skills and meet some new friends prior to the start of the season.

This is also a great opportunity for any parents that have been considering becoming a coach or assistant coach in 2018 to learn some practice drills.  We have some experienced coaches that can definitely help any new coaches with how to set up useful and effective practices.  When you respond with your player information, please also indicate your interest in coaching.
