Sparling allows no runs to lead the Anchorage Bucs past the Peninsula Oilers 1-0

Sean Sparling held the Peninsula Oilers (28-26) scoreless for six innings to boost the Anchorage Bucs (22-24) to a 1-0 victory.

Sparling struck out seven and allowed two walks and two hits.

Hasten Freeman couldn't get it done on the hill for the Peninsula Oilers, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out six, and allowed one run.
