Player of the Week: Jamie Williams
For the second time this season, Jamie Williams has been selected as the Mississauga Hoops Player of the Week. Jamie was on fire last week going for a Mississauga Hoops League record of 50 points shooting 19/31 from the field. The previous record was held by Janta of Team Lint from out Fall 2014 season.
Jamie shot 61% from the field and 50% from beyond the 3 point line. He was looking to score on every posession and was effective in doing so. Jamie dominated the court, he led his team to a big win over Riyadi Beirut. With that performance Jamie helped his team move into 4th place in the league rankings, and also locked up the 3rd spot as a league leader averaging 23.5PPG.
