Admissions, Arrival Time Policy
All League programs may ask for a donation at the door to help offset expenses and the League mandates that visiting programs (including cheerleaders) are not to arrive at game sites more than a half-hour prior to the scheduled start of the first game.
League-imposed maximums on donations at the door are now $5/adult and $3/student (effective Oct. 2024). This helps our programs cover costs of officials and gym rentals which have dramatically increased over the past two years. Each program’s requests are posted below.
And most of our programs have tight time constraints on the use of their facilities. The 30-minute window allows them to get set up and operational before allowing visitors into the game site.
All programs are to make available free admission to no more than two coaches from other League programs that may wish to scout. Those coaches must wear an article of clothing easily identifying their program affiliation.
Also note that some programs ask that visiting teams bring no cheerleaders due to the small size of their facilities. Host directors/coaches should share that information with opponents well in advance of game day.
