RED HAWKS NAME THEIR CAPTAINS

After a weekend training camp at the Gettysburg Battlefield, one final point of business needed to be addressed before their return to New Jersey. Who would form the team's on-ice leadership corps. The names were released today, and the Red Hawks have an outstanding group of young men to lead them into the 2025-26 season which starts this coming weekend at West Chester University. Defenseman, Ryan Calendrillo will wear the Captain's "C" this season. The longest tenured Red Hawk, he enters his fifth season having played 75 games for MSU. Unfortunately, past injuries kept him off the ice for a number of games over that time. Seniors, forward, Greg Oliveri (71 games in three seasons), defenseman Anthony Vella (59 games in three seasons) and forward Braden Ryan (70 games in three seasons) will wear the alternate's "A's". The Red Hawks start on the road and will take on Rider University for their home opener on September 20th at 8:00 pm.
