Slow Start But Looking Forward
After a tough 10-6 loss to West Chester University last Saturday, the Red Hawks are heading to Maryland this weekend with high hopes. Last week, we had some great performances by Senior Paula Bush, who scored 4 goals and had 2 assists, and Junior Lexie Montez with 2 goals. Freshman goalie, Amber Astalos, played a solid first game of the season despite the final score. With a lot of potential improvements this season and some new developing players, MSU has a lot to look forward to in these upcoming games. The Red Hawks face off against Loyola University on Friday, 10/11, at 5:50pm at Ice World and Towson University on Saturday, 10/12, at 10:50am at Ice World. Go Red Hawks!
