Team USA Collegiate National Team practice open to all fans on Wednesday
KEENE, N.H. – Any and all fans are welcomed to attend the Team USA
Collegiate National Team practice from 2-5 pm on Wednesday, June 22 at
the Owl Athletic Complex.
The event is free to all fans as the Team USA Collegiate National Team
will hold its first formal practice before its game against the Keene
Swamp Bats on Thursday, June 23 at 6:30 pm at Alumni Field.
Seating and standing room areas are on a first come, first serve basis
so fans are reminded to get to the Owl Athletic Complex early for the
best view of Major League Baseball’s (MLB) future talent.
The team USA Collegiate National Team will play seven games against New
England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) opponents from June 23-29
starting with the Keene Swamp Bats on Thursday. The team USA Collegiate
National Team will also play the NECBL All-Stars in an exhibition
contest at Fenway Park on Monday, June 27 at 12:00 pm.
All of these exhibition matchups will lead into the inaugural USA
Baseball Prospect Classic, July 1-2, where the Collegiate team will take
on the 18U National Team for the first time. The U.S. schedule will
conclude with the 38th annual USA vs. Japan Collegiate All-Star Series,
July 3-8, in games played across Durham, Cary and Kannapolis, N.C., and
Omaha, Neb.
