Port Perry beats North Kawartha 7-0 as Nichols gets hat trick
Ryan Nichols netted a hat trick to lead the Port Perry Mojacks over the North Kawartha Knights, 7-0.
Nichols got on the scoresheet 5:52 into the first period. He then added goals at 16:37 into the second and at 17:18 into the second.Port Perry stifled North Kawartha's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Mojacks' defensive play was more effective than usual against the Knights. Port Perry gives up 2.6 goals on average per game. The Mojacks outdid their season average for goals scored.
