The Blenheim Blades now know they will be playing the Dresden Kings when the

Provincial Junior Hockey League Stobbs Division quarter-final, best-of-seven

playoffs begin Monday in Dresden at 8 p.m.

Game 2 will be in Blenheim Thursday at 7, with Game 3 back in Dresden at 7:30

Friday, and Game 4 on Sunday, Feb. 10 in Blenheim at 7.

The third-place Kings and sixth-place Blades met five times over the regular

season with the Kings winning four times.

The last time the two teams met in the playoffs was in the quarter-finals in

2016-17 with the Blades winning in six games, before moving on to the semi-finals

where they lost to the Lakeshore Canadiens in six games.

Last season the Blades fell to the Canadiens in four games in the semi-finals.

Here are all the dates for the series should five, six or seven games be needed.

Game 1 – Monday, Feb. 4 at Dresden, 8 p.m.

Game 2 – Thursday, Feb. 7 at Blenheim, 7 p.m.

Game – Friday, Feb. 8 at Dresden, 7:30 p.m.

Game 4 – Sunday, Feb. 10 at Blenheim, 7 p.m.

Game 5 – Monday, Feb. 11 at Dresden, 8 p.m. (if necessary)

Game 6 – Thursday, Feb. 14 at Blenheim, 7 p.m. (if necessary)

Game 7 – Friday, Feb. 15 at Dresden, 7:30 p.m. (if necessary)
