Round 2 Schedule Released
Lakeshore – After a seven day break, the Lakeshore Canadiens’ pursuit of a Stobbs Division Championship continues on Friday, February 17th as they open the semifinals against the Blenheim Blades.
After Lakeshore dispatched the Petrolia Flyers in four straight, the third-seed Blades eliminated the sixth-ranked Dresden Kings 4-games-to-2 with a 5-3 win last night.
Lakeshore won the season series over the Blades 3-2.
The Canadiens’ top line did some damage throughout the regular season with Rookie of the Year Jake Nimmo leading the way with six goals and five assists in the five games.
Mejoe Gasparovic had two goals and five assists, while Connor Rosaasen potted five goals and five assists.
