Bruins Win Back to Back Over the Ice!
The Bruins were back at it with the Ice in Sutton after Friday's win and followed up by scoring a 6-3 win. After out shooting the home team in 18-7 in the first period they found themselves on thin ice at two apiece. Spencer Mazakian and Brendan Reid found the back of the net as they headed into the first intermission.
In the second period Uxbridge fired 19 shots at the opposition's net to the Ice's 7 and again found themselves fit to be tied on Toby Coopers goal.
We head to the third and a much closer 12-11 margin in shots by the Bruins for 3 goals in a 6-3 final. Owen McKnight and Andronique Stepanian with their first goals as a Bruin, followed by Justin Bennett's empty net goal for the win. Cam Smith picked up his 10th win of the season. Uxbridge is home to the Port Perry Mojacks this Friday Jan.24th.
